Terms of Service
Last updated: 2 September 2026
These terms govern your use of the Blazecoin website and its services — accounts, the mining pool, the block explorer, the reward features and the wallet downloads. By creating an account or using the services you agree to them. The short version: be an adult, be one person with one account, don't abuse the systems, and understand that cryptocurrency wallets and blockchains put you — not us — in control of your coins.
Who we are
The Blazecoin platform is operated by the Blazecoin project (UK-based). Contact: admin@blazecoin.co.uk. The Blazecoin blockchain itself is a public, decentralized network launched in May 2014 — no one, including us, controls it or can alter its history.
Not financial advice, not an investment product
Nothing on this site is investment, financial, legal or tax advice. BLZ is a mined cryptocurrency; we make no representations about its value, and nothing here should be read as a promise that BLZ has, will have, or will keep any particular value. Cryptocurrencies can lose value entirely. Participate because you find the technology and community worthwhile — never with money you cannot afford to lose. The full risk statement is in the Disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.
Eligibility & restricted jurisdictions
- You must be 18 or older.
- The services are not available to residents of the restricted jurisdictions: the United Kingdom, and the comprehensively sanctioned jurisdictions of North Korea, Iran, Cuba, Syria, Russia and Belarus. Access from these jurisdictions is technically restricted, and when you create an account you confirm that you are not a resident of any of them. If you become a resident of a restricted jurisdiction, you must stop using the services.
- Wherever you live, it is your responsibility to comply with the laws that apply to you. The services are also not directed at persons in the European Economic Area.
- One person, one account. Creating multiple accounts to claim rewards more than once is prohibited and enforced against.
Your account
Keep your credentials secret and your recovery details current; we recommend enabling two-factor authentication. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms — including reward farming, automation, fraud or attacks on the platform. You can delete your account at any time from your account page (see the Privacy Policy for what deletion does and doesn't remove).
Wallets, keys and transactions
- Non-custodial: the Blazecoin wallets are software you run; your private keys are generated and held by you. This site never holds your keys or your coins.
- Lost keys are lost coins. Nobody — including us — can recover a wallet whose keys or passphrase are gone. Back your wallet up.
- Transactions are irreversible. Once confirmed on the blockchain, a transaction cannot be undone by anyone. Check addresses before sending.
- Wallet software is provided under its open-source licence, as-is.
Mining pool
The pool credits mining rewards according to the shares your workers submit and pays out to the address you configure. Pool statistics and payouts are operated on a best-effort basis; scheduled and unscheduled downtime can occur. Solo-mine or use another pool whenever you prefer — the network is open.
Reward features
- Tasks, invites, quizzes, share-to-earn and similar features pay small, fixed, one-time rewards with per-feature caps. They are a way to participate — not income, employment or an investment programme.
- Rewards are discretionary: we may modify, pause or end reward features, and we may withhold rewards obtained through multiple accounts, automation, self-dealing or other abuse.
- If you share Blazecoin content through the share features, you must keep the #ad disclosure that the shared material carries — it tells your audience the share is incentivized, which the law requires.
- Where rewards accrue to an on-site balance, withdrawal to your own verified wallet address is subject to the withdrawal feature's availability, limits and checks.
Acceptable use
Don't use the services for anything unlawful; don't probe, overload or disrupt them; don't scrape accounts or automate interactions designed for humans; don't misrepresent yourself or impersonate others. Security research is welcome against your own wallets and nodes — not against this platform's accounts or infrastructure without permission.
The blockchain is public and permanent
Anything recorded on the Blazecoin blockchain — transactions, addresses, balances — is permanently public by design and cannot be edited or deleted by anyone. These terms cannot and do not promise otherwise.
Availability and warranties
The services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We work to recognized security and reliability standards, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or that the network's decentralized participants will behave in any particular way.
Liability
To the maximum extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, or for loss of cryptocurrency value. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes
If these terms change, the date at the top changes with it, and material changes will be highlighted on the site. Continuing to use the services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes belong to the courts of England and Wales, unless the law where you live grants you protections that cannot be overridden by agreement.
