Nothing on this website, in the wallets, in the whitepaper or in any Blazecoin material is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, and none of it is an offer or solicitation to buy or sell anything. BLZ is a mined, open-source cryptocurrency with no issuing company behind it; we make no promises about its value — past, present or future — and no statement here should be read as one. Participate because you find the technology, the mining, or the community worthwhile. Never spend money — on hardware, electricity or anything else — that you cannot afford to lose.

Risk warning

Crypto-assets are volatile and largely unregulated. The value of a cryptocurrency can fall rapidly and can fall to zero. BLZ currently has no active exchange market: there is no reliable market price, and there may never be one. You are unlikely to have recourse to any financial compensation or ombudsman scheme if something goes wrong. Blockchain transactions are irreversible; coins sent to a wrong address, or held by lost keys, cannot be recovered by anyone — including us.

Rewards are promotional — not income

The earn features on this site (tasks, quizzes, invites, share-to-earn, the faucet, collector badges and similar) pay small, fixed, one-time amounts with hard caps. They are promotional thank-yous for participating — not wages, not employment, not a business opportunity and not a return on anything. They are discretionary and may be changed, paused or withdrawn. Earned balances are recorded and preserved on your account; on-chain withdrawal of earned balances is built but not currently enabled, and enabling it is at our discretion, subject to eligibility and anti-abuse checks. Mining payouts are a separate system and are paid on-chain in the normal course of pool operation.

Tax

In most jurisdictions, cryptocurrency you receive — mined, earned or claimed — is taxable income at the time you receive it, at its then-current value, and later disposals may create further tax events. Record-keeping and reporting are your responsibility. Nothing here is tax advice; consult a professional in your jurisdiction.

If you share Blazecoin content

The share features pay a small reward, which makes your posts incentivized promotion. The shared material carries an #ad disclosure — leave it intact, and follow the advertising-disclosure rules that apply to you (for example the FTC's endorsement rules in the United States). Never present a share as independent, unpaid opinion.

Where Blazecoin is not available

This site and its services are not directed at, and are not available to, residents of the United Kingdom or of jurisdictions subject to comprehensive sanctions (currently North Korea, Iran, Cuba, Syria, Russia and Belarus). Access from these jurisdictions is technically restricted, and creating an account requires confirming you are not a resident of any of them. This site is also not directed at persons in the European Economic Area. Wherever you are, it is your responsibility to know and comply with the laws that apply to you — if cryptocurrency activity is restricted where you live, do not use these services.

No custody, no accounts holding your coins

The Blazecoin wallets are non-custodial software: your keys are generated and held by you, and this site never holds your coins. We cannot freeze, reverse, recover or access anything in your wallet. The only balances this site holds are the small promotional reward balances described above and mining-pool rewards pending their routine payout.

Forward-looking statements

Roadmaps, plans and feature descriptions on this site describe intentions, not commitments. Features ship when they are ready, may change, or may not ship at all. A public, decentralized network also depends on participants we do not control.

Beware of impersonation

We never contact you to ask for your recovery phrase, private keys or wallet passphrase — anyone who does is trying to steal from you. BLZ is not currently listed on any exchange; treat anyone offering to sell you BLZ, or any “official” sale, presale or giveaway, as a scam.
