Privacy Policy

This notice explains what information the Blazecoin website and its services collect, why, and what your choices are. The short version: we collect the minimum needed to run accounts, mining and the reward features; we don't run advertising or third-party analytics; and we never sell your information.

Who operates this site

The Blazecoin platform is operated by the Blazecoin project (UK-based). For anything in this notice, contact admin@blazecoin.co.uk.

What we collect

  • Account details — your email address, username and a hashed password. If you enable two-factor authentication, the 2FA secret is stored to verify your codes.
  • Social sign-in — if you sign in with Facebook, Google, Discord, TikTok or Telegram, we receive your basic profile identifier and email address (or, for Telegram, your Telegram identifier) from that provider. We never see your password for those services, and we post nothing on your behalf.
  • Your Blazecoin address — if you verify a wallet address (by signing a message with your own key), that address is linked to your account for reward payouts and the collector features. Your private keys never touch this site.
  • Reward & activity records — task rewards, invite relationships, quiz/collector progress and similar ledger entries needed to run the earn features correctly and only pay each reward once.
  • Mining data — if you mine on the pool: worker names, share statistics and the payout address you configure.
  • Anti-abuse signals — hashed (not raw) IP-derived identifiers used for rate limiting and preventing multi-account reward farming, and the country associated with your connection (resolved locally — see "Where you connect from" below).
  • Operational logs — standard technical logs (request identifiers, errors, timestamps) used to keep the services healthy and secure.

What we deliberately do NOT do

  • No advertising, no ad networks, no data brokers — your information is never sold or rented.
  • No third-party analytics or tracking scripts (no Google Analytics, no fingerprinting).
  • No custody of your coins or keys — wallets are non-custodial; this site never holds your private keys.
  • No marketing emails without your consent — email is used for account confirmations, security notices and payout notifications.

Cookies

The site uses first-party cookies only: a session/sign-in cookie and a security (anti-forgery) cookie. There are no third-party or advertising cookies.

The blockchain is public

Blazecoin is a public blockchain. Transactions, addresses and balances are permanently visible to everyone by design, and nothing on a blockchain can be edited or deleted — by us or anyone else. When you receive an on-chain payout, that transaction is public. Please treat blockchain addresses accordingly.

Who we share data with

We use a small number of service providers to run the platform: an email delivery service (to send confirmations and notices to the address you registered) and the social sign-in providers listed above (only when you choose to use them). Each receives only what is necessary for its function. We do not otherwise share personal information unless required by law.

Where you connect from

Access from the restricted jurisdictions listed in the Terms of Service (the United Kingdom and the comprehensively sanctioned jurisdictions) is blocked. Your country is determined locally from your connection using an on-server geolocation database — no lookup service is contacted, and only the country (never a precise location) is recorded.

Retention

Account data is kept while your account exists. An account whose email address is never confirmed is deleted automatically 14 days after registration. Mining share detail and operational logs are kept on a rolling basis and cleaned up automatically. Reward-ledger entries are retained as long as needed to keep the reward system honest (for example, ensuring a reward can't be claimed twice). On-chain records are permanent by nature.

Your rights

You can access and correct your account details from your account page, and you can delete your account, which removes your personal information from the platform (ledger entries needed for system integrity are anonymized rather than kept in identifiable form; on-chain transactions cannot be altered by anyone). Depending on where you live, you may have additional statutory rights (such as access, rectification, erasure and portability under UK/EU data-protection law) — contact admin@blazecoin.co.uk to exercise them.

Security

Passwords are stored hashed, connections are encrypted in transit, access to backend systems is restricted, and the platform is built and operated against recognized security standards. No system is perfectly secure, but minimizing what we collect in the first place is our primary safeguard.

Age

This platform is intended for adults (18+). It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect children's data.

Changes

If this notice changes, the date at the top changes with it, and material changes will be highlighted on the site.
